Brazilian jiu-jitsu, wrestling and judo in one — no striking at this age. Escapes, submissions and how to control someone rather than hurt them. Forty minutes of fitness, focus, listening and grappling games, with coaches who know how four-year-olds actually work.

Youth and Tween BJJ, and Youth Muay Thai. Technique first, discipline always — and a room where the new kid gets partnered up, not left standing at the edge.

Combat Core
The beginner-friendly track, and where most adults start. BJJ in the gi and no-gi, Muay Thai, kickboxing, boxing, wrestling and MMA — built to get you fit and skilled alongside other beginners. Nobody is getting a black eye. If you’re thinking “I need to get in shape first”, this is the room where that happens.

Where Combat Core leads. Longer classes, harder rounds, and the skills to handle other trained athletes — striking, grappling and MMA with sparring, for students who want to go further down the rabbit hole.

Battle Girl Bootcamp
Fitness kickboxing, women only. Real technique on real bags, in a room that runs on encouragement and motivation and motivation — plus a women’s-only BJJ class for the self-defence side: escapes, control and submissions.
