Tiny Ninjas

Brazilian jiu-jitsu, wrestling and judo in one — no striking at this age. Escapes, submissions, and how to control someone and then negotiate. Forty minutes is deliberate: it's about as long as a four-year-old can hold focus, and it's exactly how long we plan for — fitness, focus, listening, skills and grappling games, with coaches who know how four-year-olds actually work.

Youth & Tween BJJ

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for kids and tweens who are ready for a full hour on the mats. Technique first, discipline always — and a room where the new kid gets partnered up, not left standing at the edge.

Youth Muay Thai

Striking done properly: footwork, pads and conditioning, with control built in from day one. A structured, coached way for kids to learn Muay Thai — not a free-for-all.

What a first class actually looks like

No mystery, no gear list, no pressure. Here's exactly what to expect.

  1. Arrive ten minutes early

Check in at the front desk, meet the coach, and get your kid settled on the mats before class starts. No uniform is needed for a trial — we'll sort out any loaner gear.

  2. Comfortable clothes, bare feet

Shorts or leggings and a t-shirt is all it takes. Shoes come off before the mats. Nothing to buy before you try it.

  3. You watch from the side

Every class, every time, a parent can see exactly what's being taught and how their kid is doing — no separate viewing room, no guessing.

Why parents pick Rumble

A family discount exists too — the second family member trains at 10% off, the third at 15% off, and the fourth trains free. Ask the front desk when you sign up.

Seventy-one families and fighters have gone to the trouble of writing about us on Google, and not one has given us less than five stars. We didn't pick the nice ones — that's all of them.

When Ava was four years old I would hear that at school the kids would treat her poorly. Rather than stand up for herself she would coward away and allow the kids to push her, punch her and even at times spit at her. As a parent this would break my heart, I had to take action. I signed Ava up for a new class that was starting at Rumble called the Tiny Ninja's. At the time they only taught classes to kids seven and up so we really lucked out that they opened up the schedule to include my sweet Ava. We are now five years later, Ava still struggles to stand up for herself but as a young girl she is head strong, confident and I couldn't be prouder of the young girl she has become. Last year Ava stepped outside her comfort zone and tried competing. At her first in house she was scared but held her own. It was incredible to see [h]er so confident in herself. None of [th]is would have been possible without all the help and support of the coaches at Rumble. I look forward to the strong woman she is going to become in her future!

Tyler had a confrontation at school and it's been going on for a while. A kid was rough-housing with him and he said he 'didn't want to go there', he blocked all of his shots, pinned him to the ground and said please don't go there. So I'm quite impressed with him. Where normally he would lash out, he's learning to restrain himself and be confident in what he can do.

I love training with all the Coaches and taking part in tournaments. Aside from the belts and the moves my favorite part about Rumble is that I always feel that I have a place to belong
